Guest Guidelines:

Guests staying in units beyond the rate listed are an additional $25/night or $100/week charge and must be registered. Day Visitors/Guests beyond the rate for your cabin unit must be registered and pay a $12 Day Guest fee. We reserve the right to limit the number of people in each unit based on Fire Code and Licensing. Please notify us when making your reservation of the approximate number of additional guests or visitors you may have during your stay with us. We ask that visitors are kept to a minimum to keep a quality environment for all those vacationing. You are responsible for all Guest/Visitor charges if they are not paid by your guests.

**We are unable to accommodate pets at the resort. No visitor pets we can provide the names/numbers of several kennels if you would like.

**We are unable to accommodate Jet Skis at this resort.

**Please inform resort ahead of time of all watercraft you or your guests are bringing.

**We are not able to permit FIREWORKS or FIREARMS of any kind here on the resort grounds.

**Large Propane Turkey Fryers have been banned by order of Insurance and Fire Marshall for safety reasons, sorry.

Reservation Policy

To confirm and hold your reservation, one half is required as deposit. You are responsible for the full length of your confirmed reservation. In case of cancellation, deposits will be refunded only if the cabin is re-rented for the same length of stay, less a $75 cancellation fee per cabin. Rates do not include 6.5% state taxes or 1.5% Lodging Tax. We accept personal checks, traveler's checks, money orders, Visa/MC and cash. Checks Preferred.

Reservations taken year round!

Summer weekly check-in time: 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Please let us know if you require a late arrival. We ask that the arrival time be honored so that all of the units along with the Resort grounds can be properly prepared for your arrival. Please plan your trip time accordingly. You, our guests, are our #1 priority.

Summer Check-out time: No later than 9:00 am. NO Exceptions please. We need time to prepare the units and grounds for the next guests arriving. Although it's hard to say good bye.....we'll see you again next year!

Fall, Winter, Spring check-in time: 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Please let us know your approximate arrival time.

Fall, Winter, Spring check-out time: 11:00 am. Half-Day rates available to stay until 4:00 pm. if another party is not scheduled already for the same day.

All buildings on the grounds are Non-smoking for your comfort and pet free. Smoking permitted outdoors placing all cigarette butts in the proper receptacle.

DAY VISITOR POLICY
For the privacy and security of our resort guests, please let us know if you are expecting any visitors. All visitors a MUST register at the office. There is a $12.00 per day/ per person visitor charge...4 and younger are Free. You may notify office ahead if you would prefer the charges be placed on your bill.

No Pets - No Exceptions - No Visitors Pets...this helps us maintain a Safe, Quiet, Clean Resort for you and your family.
